              Magnetic Agglomeration Gravity Separator

              Variable-diameter magnetic agglomeration gravity separator is a new type of high-efficiency magnetic gravity separation equipment developed by Jiangsu Baita Equipment Manufacturing Co., Ltd. and has been patented. Besides the advantages and performance of the original magnetic agglomerator, this equipment improves the upper limit of suitable separation granularity. Its characteristics are water saving, easy operation, good management, no running parts, no power consumption. This machine is widely used in magnetite concentrator, especially for single magnetite ore with uneven distribution. The magnetic agglomeration gravity separation process can ensure that the concentrate yield or both the output and quality can be improved to a certain extent without the concentrate grade changed. This is mainly due to the high separation accuracy of this machine, which can effectively separate inclusions gangue and poor intergrowth with gangue in concentrate. Qualified concentrate can be obtained by using this machine under condition that the increase the coarse particle size (the content of fine granule of final concentrate can be reduced), thus improving the separation process. This is incomparable with other magnetite separation equipment.
