              I. Steam jet heat pump
              Steam jet heat pump (steam ejector, or pressure matcher), It is widely used in textile, papermaking, petroleum, thermoelectricity and other industries with steam as power, is mainly used to promote steam cycle and increase low pressure steam pressure. Because of the low pressure steam produced in the production process, there are many kinds of steam with different levels of pressure in a production plant or workshop. Steam ejector can increase the pressure of low pressure steam by utilizing the available energy of high pressure steam throttling. High-pressure steam energy is used to recover lost low-pressure steam and flash steam of high- temperature condensate water. Thus, the steam of different pressure levels can be comprehensively utilized to achieve remarkable energy-saving effect.

              II. Application
              1. Power plants: Many large and medium-sized enterprises have their own thermal power plants, which steam are supplied by steam turbine extraction and back pressure. Because the extraction pressure (back pressure) designed by the steam turbine is fixed, steam turbine supply often fails to meet production requirements. The steam ejector can use the steam extraction or exhaust of the new steam ejector of the boiler to boost the pressure to meet the user's requirements.
               
              2. Exhaust steam and waste heat recovery: High pressure steam is used to eject low pressure steam to obtain a middle pressure steam, so as to achieve the purpose of "low quality used for high requirement" or waste heat utilization.

              3. Condensate water and flash steam recovery: Condensate water and flash steam generated by steam heating in production process can be recovered, steam pressure is increased, energy-saving and pressure-lowering are achieved.

              4. While injecting low-pressure vapor, it can be used as a temperature-reducing and pressure-reducing device, and the requirement for temperature-reducing and pressure-reducing water is reduced. 

              5. In the process, the exhaust steam can be recycled to reduce exhaust, and the maximum steam consumption can be saved up to 14%.
               
              III. Advantage of steam ejector
              1. Steam ejector is a product independently developed by our company. A large number of practices have proved that the product runs steadily and has obvious energy-saving effect.
               
              2、In order to satisfy the characteristics of one design for one machine, software has been used for product design. The calculation software of steam ejector developed by our company is the only one in China., and has been awarded the "Copyright Registration Certificate" by the Domestic Intellectual Property Office. 
              The numerical cutting method used in the calculation process maximizes the ejection efficiency, overcomes the drawback that the traditional semi-empirical formula can only get the result of fuzzy result, and at the same time, the design time is greatly reduced, which is conducive to the implementation of multi-program comparison. Lectotype design schemes can be achieved on the same day (or even within 10 minutes). Our company has compiled the variable working condition simulation software that is only one in the world, which can accurately simulate the changing relationship between parameters in actual operation, and play an indispensable role in guiding equipment selection and operation.
               
              3. The load can be adjusted. Electric (or pneumatic) adjusting device can be configured according to the user's requirements to realize automatic adjustment, and manual adjustment can also be achieved by equipping handwheels.  The principle of automatic adjustment is that the ejector adjusts the stroke of the  regulating core of ejector according to the return signal of the ejector outlet steam pressure, so as to adjust the flow rate of the high-pressure intake steam to meet the requirements of the pressure and flow rate of the output steam. The adjusting range of high pressure steam nozzle is: the minimum flow is 0, and the maximum flow is equal to the sum of high and low pressure steam flow. The ejection coefficient can be maintained at the highest level of the same steam flow rate by means of automatic adjustment  under the alterative working condition.
                
              4、The key components of steam ejector and its unique cold processing technology have greatly reduced its manufacturing cost, thus the cost-effective ratio of investment has also been greatly increased. Advanced manufacturing technology ensures product quality and reduces manufacturing costs. For example, non-casting and non-cutting die-rolling technology is adopted for manufacture of large-scale vertebral canal, which ensures the technical characteristics of high strength, non-weld and low weight of the product, and single channel capacity is the largest in China. This is quite different from the process of other manufacturers.
               
              5. Steam ejector can also add the function of temperature reduction and pressure reduction. The adjustable area of the high pressure steam nozzle can be enlarged when design, so that the high pressure steam flow can independently meet the requirements of the steam supply, and the cooling function is combined with the intake steam ejector, which shortens the length of the equipment and brings great convenience to the installation. Because steam ejector also covers the function of temperature and pressure reducer, it naturally saves a lot of investment.
                
              6. Multichannel products can reduce the length. Our unique feature is that there is only one low-pressure intake, and the throttle core is positioned by spring afterburner, which ensures the correct opening sequence. The check valve is added for normal operation channel, and the intake port is no needed to be install in each channel, so the installation is more convenient. 

              7. If the pressure differential of high and low pressure vapors is big, it is difficult to achieve a larger ejection coefficient for single-stage products. We specially developed two-stage vapor ejector. The advantage of the method is to make full use of the residual velocity of injection, avoid the energy loss caused by multiple pressure and velocity conversion caused by series connection, and greatly improve the ejection coefficient.
               
              IV.Description of product type selection  
              Steam ejector is a product designed according to user's parameter requirement, that is one design for one machine because steam is compressible flow. There are three parameters at the two steam inlets and one outlet of steam ejector, namely, pressure, temperature and flow. That total of nine parameters can be changed, and sometimes there are supercooling conditions and supercritical conditions(shock wave) problem in its internal working process. Although we can design and produce products with adjustable nozzles, it is very difficult to achieve serialization and stereotyping. In addition, users sometimes require large-scale off-design adjustment, which makes the problem more complicated.  

               In order to preferably meet user requirements, we generally require users to provide the range of parameters and the most commonly used working conditions, so that the products designed can achieve the maximum energy saving.
