              Air cooler is mainly used in closed-circuit circulating ventilation cooling generators and motors. It can cool the heat-absorbing
              medium for medium recycling. Air cooling directly affects the output power and anti-load fluctuation ability of the motor, so the correct selection and use of air cooler is very important for ensuring the normal operation of the unit. The equipment is suitable for gold treatment, electric power, mining, light industrial machinery and other industries. Especially in places where short of water or industrial water seriously pollutes the environment, air coolers are widely used due to the air instead of water coolant, which reduces industrial water consumption and eliminates pollution.
               
              II. Advantages of air cooler
              The new KL air cooler introduced by our company is a kind of high efficiency cooler with bimetal rolling plate structure, which has the characteristics of good cooling effect, small resistance and strong seismic performance. It can effectively control the temperature rise of generator within 105 C. It is a kind of high efficiency cooler with circulating water as cooling medium. Compared with traditional spring-wound air cooler, bimetal (copper, aluminum) composite fin air cooler has outstanding advantages: large heat dissipation area (50% increased), high cooling capacity (20-30% increased), low air resistance (20% decreased), performance is not affected by the length of service life, and it is an ideal substitute product for spring-wound air cooler.
               


              III. Characteristics and technical requirements:
              Air cooler cool fluid with that inner and outer fluid passing through its wall. The purpose of cooling fluid is to exchange heat and mass. It mainly consists of six parts: front water chamber, pipe plate, cooling pipe, wall, pipe clamp and back water chamber based on the different cooling medium.  
              Technical requirements:
              1. After assembly, water pressure shall be tested accordance with the specifications and will not leak for 30 minutes.
              2. Spray nitro-based enamel on the outside. Be careful not to spray it on the cooling pipe.
              3. She seals between the components shall be firm when assemble it and there should be no air leakage.
