              In the process of boiler feed water treatment, deaeration is a key link. Oxygen is the main corrosive substance in feed water system and boiler. Oxygen in feed water should be removed quickly, otherwise, it will corrode the feed water system and components of the boiler.The corrosive product iron oxide will enter the boiler, deposit or attach to the tube wall and heating surface of the boiler, forming insoluble scales with poor heat transfer, and corrosion will cause pits on the inner wall of the pipeline and increase the resistance coefficient.               II. Operating principle

              In a closed container, if any gas exists on the water surface at the same time, the solubility of the gas is proportional to its own partial pressure, and the solubility of the gas is only related to its own partial pressure. Under certain pressure, with the increase of water temperature, the partial pressure of water vapor increases, while the partial pressure of air and oxygen is more and more small. The partial pressure of oxygen decreases to zero and the dissolved oxygen in water decreases to zero at 100 C. When the pressure on water surface is less than atmospheric pressure, the solubility of oxygen can also reach zero at lower water temperature. In this way, the oxygen molecules on the water surface are discharged or converted into other gases, so that the partial pressure of oxygen is zero, and the oxygen in the water is constantly escaping to achieve the effect of deoxidization. This deoxidization method is usually carried out at 30℃~60℃. It can realize deoxidization at low temperature (60℃ or ambient temperature). Satisfactory deoxidization effect can be obtained by vacuum method for thermal boilers and steam boilers with large fluctuation of load and poor thermal deoxidization effect. Compared with the thermal deoxidization technology, there are few restrictions on heating, the consumption of the boiler is reduced, and the vacuum deoxidizer can be arranged at a low position. The quality standard of the key equipment such as operation and management jet pump and pressurized pump are higher than those of thermal deoxidization. Low position layout also requires a certain height difference, and the operation and management requirements of key equipment such as jet pump, pressurized pump are also very high.

              II. Advantage

              This product can be installed at a low position. It is suitable for deoxidation of steam boiler feed water, deoxidation of hot water heating boiler feed water and other systems requiring degassing of the system. The system has the following advantages:

              V. Parts of the equipment

              1. Deaerator

              The vacuum deaerator operates under atmospheric pressure. The inlet temperature≤50 C, and the softened water is pumped to the inlet chamber of the deaeration head by the deaeration feed water pump. Water forms a rotating membrane under the inlet pressure. Because the water film has a large surface tension, it is not only conducive to the heat exchange between steam and water, but also conducive to the separation and escape of gas, so as to achieve the purpose of deoxidization. When the deoxidized water continues to flow down, it contacts with the grate and packing layer below, and forms water film again. The deep deoxidization improves the deoxidization effect.

              2. Deoxygenation tank

              The water in the deoxygenation tank is at its saturated pressure, and part of the boiling water evaporates, which is removed by the exhaust pipe together with the residual gas in the water, and then deep deoxygenation is carried out to complete the whole deoxygenation process. The fresh deoxygenated water is stored in the tank.

              3. Vacuum Drainage Pump

              Because the water of deoxygenation tank pump is in vacuum state, in order to overcome negative pressure, prevent pump cavitation and maintain positive pressure before feeding pump, the deoxygenation tank must be placed at a place with more than 10 meters height in order to supply water with general feeding pump, which has some difficulties for layout of general small boiler room, so the special vacuum water diversion pump shall be installed at a low position.

              4. Vacuum pumping device

              In order to ensure the safe operation of the deaerator under normal operating conditions, the deaerator water tank is equipped with an automatic water level control deviceThe device is mainly composed of a level gauge, a sensor and a solenoid valve.               VII. Installation instruction

              1. Because the deaerator operates under negative pressure, the installation of pipes and valves must befree from leakage.

              2. The packing layer must be laid evenly and tightly, and the impurities in the equipment and pipeline should be flushed. 

              3. Horizontal deoxidizing water tank is supported on two saddle supports, one end of which is fixed support and other end is a long circular hole movable support convenient for thermal expansionthe foundation must be installed with a cushion plate, back two circles after tighten the bolts;

              4. Hydraulic pressure test must be carried out after deaerator installation. The test pressure is 0.25 Mpa. If the hydraulic test is qualified, the thermal insulation material f=80mm shall be used.
