IV. Characteristics and technical requirements:
Air cooler cool fluid with that inner and outer fluid passing through its wall. The purpose of cooling fluid is to exchange heat and mass. It mainly consists of six parts: front water chamber, pipe plate, cooling pipe, wall, pipe clamp and back water chamber based on the different cooling medium.
1. After assembly, water pressure shall be tested accordance with the specifications and will not leak for 30 minutes.
2. Spray nitro-based enamel on the outside. Be careful not to spray it on the cooling pipe.
3. She seals between the components shall be firm when assemble it and there should be no air leakage.
