              The Electromagnetic slurry separator has advantaged of high magnetic field, uniform magnetic field distribution, high gradient and obvious iron removal effect. The heat dissipation system uses forced water cooling to dissipate heat and has good circulation, which can decrease the temperature about 20 ℃ and prolong the service life of the electromagnetic wire. 

              The brake valve is made of imported material, the body is strong and durable, and there is no residual slurry overflow after closed. The mesh is made of special materials. After the excitation coil is power off, there is no residual magnetism, which is convenient for iron removal.

              Switch on the power supply and open the inlet and outlet valves

              Close the slurry return valve and steel discharging valve and turn on the magnetizing device.

              After a few minutes (can be set as required), close the inlet and outlet valves, open the  slurry return valve, and discharge the remaining slurry from the steel remover through the return valve.

              Shut off the magnetic field and close the inlet valve, outlet valve and return valve

              Open the discharging valve and discharge the iron-containing material adsorbed in the magnetic medium.

              Electromagnetic slurry machine is widely used to remove iron powder, micro-iron powder and magnetic material from slurry and glaze of ceramics, mining, chemical industry, electronics, food and other industries.

              Product characteristics

              Water-cooled electromagnetic slurry programmed automatic iron removal machine is a new type of high efficiency magnetic separator. The deionized water is circulated in the hollow copper pipe by the circulating pump, which takes  the heat away that is generated by the electrified copper tube. Based on this special structure, the water-cooled electromagnetic slurry automatic iron removal machine has the following advantages: high magnetic induction intensity; small internal temperature, long working period; wide adaptability to ore size and concentration, high efficiency of ore processing; easy operation and maintenance.
