Product characteristics: The ceramic filter plate produced by our company is a popular casting and moulding integrated plate in China. It has advantages: multi-waterway, waterway interchange, 80% of the board is waterway, traditional machine press integral plate has fewer waterways, no intercommunication, low ore-loading rate, the traditional press plate is bonded with industrial glue, which is easy to crack in backflushing operation.
The ceramic filter plate and the microporous ceramic filter plate used in the ceramic filter of the beneficiation machinery in mine adopts advanced inorganic membrane process. The pore size is between 0.5 micron and 5 micron, and they are composed of numerous uniformly distributed micropores. They have good permeability, water permeability is 1200kg//h.sqm~1500kg/h.sqm, and the backflushing press can reach more than 0.15Mpa. When the fluid passes through these micropores, mineral particles are intercepted on the surface of filter medium.
Microporous ceramic filter plate and tube have the characteristics of corrosion resistance, high temperature resistance, high mechanical strength without harmful substance dissolution, and without secondary pollution. Under the action of fluid pressure, the micropore is not deformed, easy to clean and has a long service life, which has an unexpected effect on energy saving and consumption reduction of enterprises.

Applied range
At present, it has been widely used in the dewatering of non-ferrous metals, rare metals, ferrous metals, non-metallic concentrates and tailings in mines, oxides, electrolytic slag, leaching slag, dewatering of slag and acid treatment of waste sewage sludge, etc., in chemical industry.

Ceramic plates are widely used in concentrate dewatering and tailings dewatering of various minerals such as steel, iron, lead, zinc, nickel and aluminium. It is suitable for materials from - 200 mesh to - 400 mesh, accounting for 50% to 90% and several micron materials. It has been trusted by users for its high separation rate, high separation accuracy, high operation efficiency, excellent technical and economic indicators and wide applicability.
Microporous ceramic filter plate is a kind of large-area porous ceramic filter plate. It adopts the unique technology of single-chip fired and double-sided composite forming. The structure adopts thin-walled hollow filling support ball. The filter area is large, the strength is high, the pore size is uniform, the filtration efficiency will not be reduced for a long time by using the actual pickling and ultrasonic cleaning methods.
The skeleton density and film strength are high, and it is pressure resistance and corrosion resistance. It has high perforation rate, large production capacity and high filtration accuracy. It is the integral assemble without glue bonding and the vacuum energy consumption is low, the material is fine. There are many regeneration methods, such as high temperature, high pressure, organic solvent and so on. The regeneration effect is good and the service life is greatly prolonged.
Ceramic filter plate is the core component of ceramic filter. It is a new porous functional ceramic material. It is filled with crisscross capillary micropore (about 1-10 micron in diameter), which is the channel of filtrate (water). This component is called Plate Base. The composition of ceramic filter plate is corundum, silicon carbide and other materials.
