Is Shipping really free in the U.S.?
Yes! Standard shipping is always free through-out the U.S. Please contact us if you would like to expedite your shipping for a fee.

What shipping method do you use?
Standard shipping for orders in the United States are shipped via USPS First Class or USPS Priority Mail.

How long does it take to receive my products? 
Please allow up to 5 business days (Sat and Sun are not considered business days) for us to process and fulfill your order. Standard shipping for orders in the contiguous US takes 2-5 business days, from the day your order is fulfilled and shipped. A tracking number will be sent to the email address you provided with your order. Your tracking number will be activated once it is dropped off or picked up by USPS. If you do not receive your tracking number, please check your spam folder before contacting us.

Do you ship internationally?
Yes, but free shipping does not apply. However, we typically subtract the average shipping cost on international orders so the price of shipping will be discounted. Please contact us to determine the price of shipping. 

When are particular items released?
The majority of our items do not have scheduled release dates. Please follow us on our social media accounts and sign up for our e-newsletter to be notified when new items become available.

What is your return policy? 
Our goal is 100% customer satisfaction. However, we currently do not accept exchanges or returns on incorrect orders. If the product is damaged or you received the wrong product, please contact us and we will send you a new one 

How secure is this store? 
If you choose a direct payment gateway to complete your purchase, then Shopify stores your credit card data. It is encrypted through the Payment Card Industry Data Security Standard (PCI-DSS). Your purchase transaction data is stored only as long as is necessary to complete your purchase transaction. After that is complete, your purchase transaction information is deleted. All direct payment gateways adhere to the standards set by PCI-DSS as managed by the PCI Security Standards Council, which is a joint effort of brands like Visa, MasterCard, American Express and Discover.PCI-DSS requirements help ensure the secure handling of credit card information by our store and its service providers. 

What forms of payment do you accept? 
We gladly accept major credit cards such as Visa, MasterCard, American Express, Discover, PayPal or direct payments, all through Shopify.
